History: No information available prior to 1995, as files were lost during a freak rain of herring. In 1995 the subject is known to have joined the Australian branch of a global cult worshipping Sutekh, the Egyptian god of death, darkness and evilosity (see file #1325). The subject has risen rapidly in this orgainisation, and is now believed to be responsible for their various money-making enterprises (drugs, loansharking, extortion, chook-raffles, etc). According to an ASIO informent in Sutekh (see file #87163- BURN, Daniel), the subject has been involved in the game Paranoia since the mid-eighties. While apparantly healthy, there is no telling what horrors might have been wrought on his mind by five editions of this bizarre game.
Conclusion: Mostly harmless.
Recomendation: Continued expensive surveillance at the taxpayers' expense.
