Sylvia is Vladamir's wife. She is a most powerful Witch, their marriage has been very effective. Sylvia can be both a beautiful seductress and a knowledgeable old crone, depending on her feelings at the time.

Sylvia's familiar. It is only partially controlled. It delights in causing trouble. Especially in doing things that cause humans to fight each other .

Susperia is a slovenly, sullen slut with delusions of grandeur. She has made no secret of the fact that she wants to be turned into a Vampire by the Count.

Wracked by guilt for the people he has killed Larry Talbot is an unhappy man. He can no more control himself when the moon is full than the Count can once he has taken his first bight.

Frank is a Doctor of Chemistry , Biology and Physics. His chief aim is to combine these disciplines into a unified theory of the universe. While neither a Vampire or a member of the Coven, he supports their aims. His recent experiments have made the Gate possible. Rumors that he is totally insane are mostly exaggerated.

Dr Stein's hunchbacked assistant. Apart from being stupid, Igor has a fear of fire and the whip Frank continually beats him with. He is, however, totally loyal.

One of Dr Stein's most recent successes, a creature assembled from dead bodies and animated by his science. An unknown quantity .

Damion is a successful American Politician. Young and sincere, he is a man going places. He is one of the President's special advisors and a very lucky man.

Everyone's favorite English uncle. He only indulges his passion for disemboweling young girls every second month, so he is not much of a threat. He has the advantage of not being ambitious, so he is more trustworthy than most.

Khans is a Vampire from Egypt. He tends to be slow speaking, but quick thinking. He has a weakness for beautiful women.

A voodoo shaman who is dedicated and serious. He is also tough. He would not have got to where he is today otherwise.

An evil man who is deeply into magic. He founded the Golden Dawn. Alester has long been an enemy of both Josephine and the Count. He feels that with his power he should be the leader of the Coven.

The Dr is inscrutably Chinese. He becomes quite rabid when opposed but otherwise can be very smooth, almost smarmy.

Damion's summoned creature, bound to his will. As with all such creatures it is safe as long as the control is maintained. While it is bound, it is very powerful and very useful. It's hatred of the Demon has more than once threa tened to break that control.

Alester's summoned creature bound to his will. As with all such creatures it is safe as long as the control is maintained. Unlike the Devil, the Demon is much wilder, closer to the true Chaos which the Coven worships but for that reason also it is less useful. The Devil's hatred of it is returned threefold.

A creature animated by Papa Leggba. It used to be Eric Vanderhorst the missing Coven member. Now it is slow of thought, word and deed and has no special power and as such, is worthless in comparison to the Devil and Demon.

Crowley's wife. While not bound by magic to her husband's will, she is bound by love. As a Vampire, her power is as great and as useful as the other priest's creatures. She is not evil, she drains blood because it is necessary to live and she most definitely loves life and the enjoyment it brings.

A Jesuit Monk invited here by Josephine. Her reasons are unknown. He is a devout believer in the power of the Lord. The Coven allow him the little freedom he has because of the great asset he would be to their aims if he could be corrupted. If he opposes them, he will be killed when the Gate is Opened. The first to feel the power of the Lords of Chaos.

Another Egyptian invited by Kharis. He is a most powerful medium and psychic. He is being considered as a possible member of the Coven. Mehemet is aloof and cold towards the Coven priests. He considers himself superior. As all the priests have the same attitude, this is not considered a drawback for his candidacy.

Another Psychic invited by Josephine. Carrie is young and earnest and eager to join the Coven.

Rosemary is the sacrifice referred to in Josephine's summons. It is her death that will eventually open the gate. She is resigned to her fate and terrified by it at the same time. She is a small town girl totally out of her depth and not coping very well.

All the people from Midleton know that the Count is a Vampire. They are not strong enough to oppose him and he is very rich and good for the town. Father Karras is at the Mansion to plead for Rosemary's life. He is a holy man and opposed to the Count but not foolish enough to actively fight him.

Rosemary's father and the village Doctor. He has come here with Father Karris. He is very distraught about his daughter's fate.

The incarnation of peoples nightmares, without a corporeal body. His presence in the mansion is unexplained and unexplainable.

A horror movie hostess of great beauty and worldliness. Her main problem is a lack of money and limited talent. Caught here by the storm and the Seal.
